Your guide is your big-picture person. They help you set goals, assess your progress, and suggest ways to get more from your membership. Along the way, they’ll cheer you on and celebrate your milestone moments with you. As part of your membership, you’ll have monthly, 30-minute coaching calls with your guide. You can also access your guide via phone and email.
