When you join the Club, you're matched with a personal home concierge who will be your main point of contact. Dedicated to fulfilling every request – however big or small – they are here to help. Think of them as a second set of hands, checking to-dos off your list.  

With every project you delegate, your whole team learns more about your priorities and preferences so your experience gets better and faster over time.

Our team is on-hand 24 hours a day to cater to each members’ request - connecting you to everything that matters to you the most. We have built a 360-degree holistic approach dictated by the needs and wants of our members.

Your guide is your big-picture person. They help you set goals, assess your progress, and suggest ways to get more from your membership. Along the way, they’ll cheer you on and celebrate your milestone moments with you. As part of your membership, you’ll have monthly, 30-minute coaching calls with your guide. You can also access your guide via phone and email.

  • What is a concierge service?
    Our Concierges are highly skilled people who can add real value to your life by taking care of some essential and time-consuming tasks for you. We are available to help you in your day-to-day life. Our services can range from planning and booking your family picnic to making restaurant reservations or getting you tickets to a concert.
  • Why do I need a concierge service?
    Not everyone needs a concierge. Some people like to manage every aspect of their lives themselves. But for many moms, executives, professionals, entrepreneurs and heads-of-households, are overwhelmed with responsibilities. Our concierge services help to reduce their stress, give them more time, and enhance their sense of happiness and well-being. We create a bespoke and personalised service especially created around you. Our members want to focus on what they value most and delegate the rest to SAVE TIME.
  • How do I get started?
    The first step is to join the waitlist. When the waitlist opens up, you’ll receive an invite to create an account and schedule an onboarding call with our team member, who will learn more about your goals and invite you to become a member. After that, you can start delegating to-dos to your concierge. You can hand off as much or as little as you want, and your concierge will prioritize your list. Unlike other similar services, there are no limits to the number of to-dos or hours spent on projects. It's all covered in your monthly Membership.
  • How do I start delegating to-dos to my concierge?
    Once you’ve been matched with a concierge, you can schedule an intro call or start delegating to-dos right away through e-mail or text. Throughout the process, your concierge will ask questions if clarification is needed on a to-do. And you can chat with them any time about new tasks or projects.
  • What kind of things can my concierge take off my plate?
    Your concierge can help with almost anything. Things that pile up like - booking appointments or activities for the kids. Things you never get to, like finding a pro to turn the garage into a playroom or researching volunteer opportunities for the whole family. Your specialist can even help plan the fun stuff, like a summer road trip or much-needed date night. Here's a list of things our concierges are especially great at.
  • Are local pros and third-party services included in the monthly membership cost?
    No, your membership fee does not cover the costs of local pros or third-party services. If you give your concierge permission to purchase a service (like food delivery) or hire a local pro (like a plumber from the Club's Network) on your behalf, you'll pay for this extra cost out of pocket, separately from your monthly Membership fee. All third-party service costs will be detailed in the options your specialist provides, and require your approval before anything is booked
  • How fast will my to-dos get done?
    For turn-around times, it really comes down to the size and scope of your request. If you have a hard deadline for a to-do, your concierge will work with you to prioritize it. Of course, not all tasks require that much time. Things like making appointments, dinner reservations, etc., are done much faster! To help you delegate more effectively, your concierge will typically work on three active to-dos at any given time. You can always reprioritize your upcoming to-dos with your concierge at any time if something more pressing comes up.
